An R object that contains information on BRCA dataset.

Usage

data(RTCGASample)

Format

An object of class "FirehoseData".

Details

This is a sample data object that incudes RNASeq raw count data, mRNA expressin data, copy number data, clinical data and mutation data from BRCA dataset.

Example output

RTCGASample dataset is artificially created for function test.
It isn't biologically meaninful and it has no relation with any cancer type.
For real datasets, please use client function to get data from data portal.
