distHamming: Hamming distance between two ranks

Description

The Hamming distance between two ranks x and y is the number of difference between the two ranks. For example, the Hamming's distance between x=(1,4,2,5,3) and y=(1,3,4,5,2) is 3 because, only 1 and 5 have the same place in both ranks.

an integer, the Hamming distance between x and y.

Example output

WARNING : Since Rancluster 0.92, the ranks have to be given to the package in the ranking notation (see convertRank function), with the following convention :
- missing positions are replaced by 0
- tied are replaced by the lowest position they share
