cutoff.plot: cutoff plot
In nicholsonppp: Evolution simulation and classification

Plot prediction counts against cutoff values.

1	cutoff.plot(cl, ylim = c(-5, 21), xlim = c(-0.15, 0.6), dens = NULL, f = percent ~ cutoff \| s, ...)

`cl`	Data frame from classify.loci.
`ylim`	Limits for y axis.
`xlim`	Limits for x axis.
`dens`	Optional density data to plot.
`f`	Plot formula for xyplot.
`...`

The lattice plot.
