Description

This function plots BIC and AIC values for all fitted motif models.

Usage

plotIC(fitted_cormotif)

Arguments

fitted_cormotif

The object obtained from cormotiffit.

Details

The left graph is the BIC plot and the right graph is the AIC plot.
