In hapFabia: hapFabia: Identification of very short segments of identity by descent (IBD) characterized by rare variants in large sequencing data

Description

Result of a hapFabia call given as instance of the class IBDsegmentList. The object mergedIBDsegmentList contains the extracted IBD segments.
