scd: Number of snow covered days

Number of snow covered days (snow depth > 0)

1	scd(data, data_names = NULL, time.scale = YEAR, na.rm = FALSE)

`data`	snow depth, mm
`data_names`	names of each period of time
`time.scale`	month, season or year
`na.rm`	logical. Should missing values (including NaN) be removed?

days
