Data and formula for refitting a model to a new response
Description
Internal helper for getRefit. Returns a list with the model data (the model frame for models fitted without data), restricted to the rows used in the fit, with the new response in column .DHARMa_response, and the formula with this column as response.
Usage
getRefitData(object, newresp, rows = rownames(model.frame(object)))
Arguments
object
a fitted model.
newresp
the new response.
rows
the rows used in the fit.
