In RAM: R for Amplicon-Sequencing-Based Microbial-Ecology

Description

Some functions in RAM expect to find a column with provincial/territorial data in the metadata. This data should use the standard Canadian provincial/territorial abbreviations:

• Alberta - AB

• British Columbia - BC

• Manitoba - MB

• New Brunswick - NB

• Newfoundland and Labrador - NL

• Novia Scotia - NS

• Northwest Territories - NT

• Nunavut - NU

• Ontario - ON

• Prince Edward Island - PE

• Quebec - QC

• Saskatchewan - SK

• Yukon - YT

Support for other locations is not available at this time.
