A tibble with 5 columns:

tissueType

Tissue type

cellName

Full cell type name

geneSymbolmore1

Comma-separated positive marker genes

geneSymbolmore2

Comma-separated negative marker genes (not used in processing)

shortName

Abbreviated cell type name
