Description
Retrieves tree list of cell indices for a set of units from the associated CDF.
Usage
## S3 method for class 'ProbeAffinityFile'
getCellIndices(this, ..., verbose=FALSE)
Arguments
...
Additional arguments passed to getCellIndices()
of AffymetrixCdfFile.
verbose
See Verbose.
Value
Returns a list structure, where each element corresponds to a unit.
If argument unlist=TRUE is passed, an integer vector is returned.
