Usage

circos.triangle(x1, y1, x2, y2, x3, y3, ...)

Arguments

x1	x-coordinates for the first point.
y1	y-coordinates for the first point.
x2	x-coordinates for the second point.
y2	y-coordinates for the second point.
x3	x-coordinates for the third point.
y3	y-coordinates for the third point.
...	Pass to circos.polygon.

Examples

circos.initialize(c("a", "b", "c", "d"), xlim = c(0, 10))
