Description

Weight decay as decaying 'p' with 'lr*wd'

Usage

weight_decay(p, lr, wd, do_wd = TRUE, ...)

Arguments

p	p
lr	learning rate
wd	weight decay
do_wd	do_wd
...	additional args to pass
