assign_branch_positions: Re-evaluate the position of branches

In gapmap: Drawing Gapped Cluster Heatmap with 'ggplot2'

Description

This function reevaluate the position of branches based on the gaps calculated.

Usage

assign_branch_positions(d, verbose = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

d	dendrogram class object
verbose	logical for whether in verbose mode or not
...	ignored

Value

the reevaluated dendrogram object
