Description
Drop equivalent linkage phase configurations, i.e. the ones which
have permuted homologous chromosomes
Usage
elim_equiv(Z)
Arguments
Z
a list of matrices whose columns represent homologous
chromosomes and the rows represent markers
Value
a unique list of matrices
