Arguments

phy.rda	rda/cca object
Group	group vector for color
metadata	metadata contain Group
Group2	mapping point shape
env_rate	default 1
mode	plot mode:1~3
tri	plot variables segments?
Topn	how many variables to show?
rate	segments length rate
margin	plot the margin boxplot?
box	margin plot box or density?
pal	colors for group
sample_label	plot the labels of samples?
stat_ellipse	plot the stat_ellipse?
coord_fix	fix the coordinates y/x ratio
bi_text_size	biplot text size
env_text_param	parameters pass to geom_text
