Estimated additive batch effect

`g.hat`	Theoretical estimated additive batch effect.
`g.bar`	Mean of `g.hat`
`n`	A vector containing the sum of the rows of standardized gene expression data.
`d.star`	Multiplicative batch effect.
`t2`	Variance of the rows of `g.hat`.

Empirical estimated additive batch effect.
