1 2 3
A data frame with 170 observations on the following 15 variables.
treatment of 0=placebo, 1=UDCA
date of entry into the study
date of last on-study visit
stage of disease
bilirubin value at entry
the Mayo PBC risk score at entry
date of death
date of liver transplant
date of histologic progression
appearance of esphogeal varices
appearance of ascites
appearance of encephalopathy
doubling of initial bilirubin
worsening of symptoms by two stages
This data set is used in the Therneau and Grambsh. The
data set contains the baseline variables along with the time until the
first endpoint (any of death, transplant, ..., worsening).
udca2 data set treats all of the endpoints as parallel
events and has a stratum for each.
