Function for splitting sequence into subsequences
This function splits sequences into left and right sequences based on cdr3Index. Must have cdr3Index, ndnIndex, ndnLength and trimmed_sequence slots filled. Call determineNdnValues, determineCdr3Index and trimCloneSequence functions first.
