Usage

chrmap(data, obj = TRUE, exclude = "default", probe = -15000,
  verbose = 1, include = FALSE, ingenes = FALSE)

Arguments

data	MAList or RGList
obj	ligical, create chrom and maploc objects
exclude	exclude probes: "default" exclude all probes besides regular probes. "control" - exclude only control probes = 0 and 1. "probe" - exclude your probes defined in probe argument. "none" - no excluding
probe	numeric, which probe you need exclude
verbose	logical, system messages
include	logical, if TRUE drop any probes described in non-chromosome (1:24,X,Y) regions
ingenes	logical, if TRUE create maploc and chrom column in result data
