Plot SNP distribution

Usage

gplotSNP(data, array = 1, reference = c("none", "male", "female"),
  type = c("log", "theta"), SNPprobe = -15000)

Arguments

data	MAList or RGList with SNP probes
array	number of array
reference	matrix, data of cut/uncut alleles
type	type of SNP ditribution: log or theta
SNPprobe	numeric, type number of SNP probes. Default: -15000

Details

Argument array might be numeric, sequence number of array or parametre "all" to plot all samples in one plot.

If number of SNPprobe not found in ControlType in arrays plot choose all probes.
