Threshold a FBM
Usage

thresholdFBM(X, ind, thr, quantile = NA)
Arguments
X
A FBM.
ind
Numeric. Single column to threshold.
thr
Numeric. Threshold above which row value is changed to "TRUE".
quantile
Numeric. Top quantile/percentile to keep for each GWAS for
comparisons.
