createSampleLot Creates a new sample lot using the parent sample barcode

Usage

createSampleLot(coreApi, sampleType, sampleBarcode, body = NULL,
  fullMetadata = TRUE, ...)

Arguments

coreApi	coreApi object with valid jsessionid
sampleType	sample type to create the lot of
sampleBarcode	parent sample barcode
body	attributes as list of key-values pairs (optional)
fullMetadata	get full metadata, default is FALSE
...	additional arguments passed to apiPOST

Details

createSampleLot Creates a sample lot of a sample. Assumes the sample lot entity is in the form samplename_lot

Value

List of length 2, containing entity and response objects:

• entity is the HTTP response content.

• response is the entire HTTP response.
