Usage

getExperimentSampleAssayData(coreApi, experimentAssayType,
  experimentSampleBarcode, fullMetadata = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

coreApi	coreApi object with valid jsessionid
experimentAssayType	assay type to get
experimentSampleBarcode	experiment sample barcode of entity to get
fullMetadata	- get full metadata, default is FALSE
...	additional arguments passed to apiGET

Details

getExperimentSampleAssayData Gets assay data for a experiment sample identified by barcode.

Value

List of length 2, containing entity and response objects:

• entity is the HTTP response content of entity information.

• response is the entire HTTP response.
