getExperimentSampleIntermediateData Gets intermediate data for an experiment sample identified by barcode.

Usage

getExperimentSampleIntermediateData(coreApi, experimentType,
  experimentAssayType, intermediateDataName, experimentSampleBarcode, ...)

Arguments

coreApi	coreApi object with valid jsessionid
experimentType	experiment type for sample
experimentAssayType	assay type for sample
intermediateDataName	assay intermediate data name to retrive as configured in the assay.
experimentSampleBarcode	experiment sample barcode of entity to get
...	additional arguments passed to apiGET

Details

getExperimentSampleIntermediateData Gets intermediate data for an experiment sample identified by barcode.

Value

List of length 2, containing entity and response objects:

• entity is a data frame with derived experiment sample barcodes, concentration, and assay intermediate data.

• response is the entire HTTP response.
