getExperimentContainerContents - Gets information about experiment container contents.

Usage

getExperimentContainerContents(coreApi, containerBarcode,
  containerType = "EXPERIMENT_CONTAINER", fullMetadata = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

coreApi	coreApi object with valid jsessionid
containerBarcode	Experiment container barcode
containerType	Experiment container entity type
fullMetadata	- Get full metadata, default is FALSE
...	additional arguments passed to apiGET

Details

getExperimentContainerContents Gets experiment container contents.

Value

List of length 2, containing entity and response objects:

• entity is the HTTP response content of container information.

• response is the entire HTTP response.
