rtsetse provides functions to create tsetse fly population simulations with age, sex and spatial structure.

Details

There is a User Interface that can be started by : rt_UI()

The main functions to run simulations are :

rt_runGrid()

grid simulation, landscape set from vegetation map, population starts at carrying capacity

rt_runGridTestSpread()

grid simulation, homogenous landscape, spread from central populated cell

rt_runAspatial()

age-structured a-spatial population simulation
