Close-your-eyes/fcexpr: Complement the manual analysis of flow cytometric experiments and organize your fcs files in a consistent way

After manually gating populations from a cohort of fcs files a big pile of numbers needs to be analyzed statistiscally which usually requires to get those numbers out of flowjo. Such task and a few other things can be done easily with fcexpr.
