DavidQuigley/HTDoseResponseCurve: Dose Response Curve Evaluation from Incucyte and Other High-Throughput Platforms
This package makes it straightforward to analyze time course drug exposure experiments performed by high-throughput analysis of cells in multiwell plates. This package is particularly suited to analysis of data generated by the Incucyte system. This package can calculate the Combination Index for synergy analysis.
