A CIMseqSinglets object.
idx
numeric; Singlet indices to subset. Generated with the
sampleSinglets function. THIS IS ZERO BASED since upstream
calculations are done in C++.
features
numeric; Indices of selected features used for deconvolution.
If null, all genes are used.
