pcByVarPercent(pca, cutoff)
Arguments
pca
Output from fast.prcomp or
prcomp.
cutoff
numeric; Select PCs containing variance greater or equal to
this cutoff.
Value
The maximum PC that contains variance specified by the cutoff
argument.
