outliersThe outliers to remove
Tm_methodThe method to determine the Tm in method 2
WavelengthThe wavelength to use for extinction coefficient calculation
fitTsWhat baseline trimming to use
DSThe data set to use

Trim.methodThe method used to generate trimmed baselines
Assess.methodThe method used to assess baseline combinations
