Create a new collection in a local shaidy repository

Usage

ngchmNewCollection(shaidyRepo, labels = data.frame())

Arguments

shaidyRepo	The shaidy repository
labels	Initial labels for collection (a data.frame of (Name,Value) tuples)

Value

a string containing the UUID of the newly created repository
