In MJomaba/flu-evidence-synthesis: Flu Evidence Synthesis: Analysing Effectiveness of Vaccine Strategies
Contains tests that run a full mcmc trace and take more than an hour to run
(around 4 hours on modern hardware). To run make sure you are in the top level
directory of the package and execute:
./tests/manual/runManualTests.sh
