plot.locus: Overload plot function

This function is just for quick plotting of frequencies

Usage

## S3 method for class 'locus'
plot(x, mode = c("bar", "pie")[1], ...)

Arguments

x	A set of locus objects
mode	The type of plot to create, bar or pie (bar is default).
...	Ignored
