writeReplicateDataV2(longDTProt, outputFolder, GroupColumnName, GroupLabelType)
Arguments
longDTProt
data.table protein information stored in long format.
Columns required: 'ProteinId', 'GeneName', 'Description', 'log2NInt', 'Condition',
'Replicate', 'Imputed'.
outputFolder
str. Path to folder where 'data' should be saved.
