Description
This function returns the genome table of a tidygenomes object, possibly
extended with extra genome-related data such as phylogroups.
Usage
genomes(tg, extend = F)
Arguments
tg
A tidygenomes object
extend
Whether to add genome-related metadata
Value
A genome table
