DomainPlot(object, ...)

DomainPlot(object, savePlot = TRUE, outputFolder = NULL, ...)
Arguments
object
a giotto object
savePlot
Boolean, whether to save plot.
outputFolder
Output folder to save results. Path in Giotto object will be used when no external dir is provided.
