bbsplit2(install = NULL, file, force = FALSE, quiet = FALSE)
Arguments
install
(Required) Install location for bbmap
force
(Optional) Default TRUE Option to overwrite existing output files.
files
(Required) Vector of locations of interleaved read files to split
