Usage
fastqc_install(url, dest_dir = "bin", dest.dir = "bin", force = FALSE)
Arguments
url
(Optional) Default will search for the latest version
URL to retrieve fastQC from.
dest_dir
Directory to install fastQC within. Default "bin"
dest.dir
