Description

The array is ngenes X ngenes X 2,3, with the last dimension depending on whether zero-inflated or cg.regression2 predictors were used.

Usage

getZifNetwork(listOfFits, l.c, l.d, collapse = FALSE, union = TRUE, layers)

Arguments

listOfFits	output from fitZifNetwork
l.c	continuous lambda value, if missing use lambda attribute from listofFits
l.d	discrete lambda value, see l.c
collapse	should the network be collapsed between layers?
union	currently ignored
layers	upon which layers in the listOfFits should we operate (eg, discrete, continuous or both)
