arcolombo/TxDbLite: Lightweight SQLite-based annotation classes/packages for use with arkas
Package to make (very) lightweight annotation packages from FASTAs. The annotations here give transcript biotype and gene biotype for genes, non coding regions and repetitive elements. It is determined for light annotations without gene-transfer format coordinate information.
