plot_trace: Produce MCMC trace plot

Produce MCMC trace plot of alpha or log-likelihood

1	plot_trace(proj, K = NULL, rung = NULL, param = "alpha", col = "black")

`proj`	an rmaverick project, as produced by the function `mavproject()`
`K`	which value of K to produce the plot for
`rung`	which value of K to produce the plot for. Defaults to the cold rung
`param`	whether to produce trace plot of admixture parameter (`"alpha"`) or the log-likelihood (`"loglike"`)
`col`	colour of the trace
