Usage

Format
A data frame with 30 rows and 5 variables:
- BLOCK
subject
- HEIGHT
step height - 2 levels (5.75 or 11.5 inches)
- FREQ
step frequency - 3 levels (14, 21, 28 steps per minute)
- TRTMT
treatment combinations - 6 levels
- PULSE
pulse rate in beats per minute
