Check Matrix Parameter
Description
Check that the parameters are compatible with the tree. Throws an error if not.
Usage
checkParamMatrix(x, name, tree)
Arguments
x
matrix of parameters being tested.
name
name of the parameter.
tree
A phylogenetic tree with n tips.
