Get the tree from a phyloCompData object
Description
Return the tree of a phyloCompData object.
If no tree, return a star tree with unit height, and throw a warning.
Usage
getTree(cdata)
Arguments
cdata
a phyloCompData object.
Value
A tree of class phylo
