size.test: Size test for memory allocation.

This module measures the size of the elements of dat for diagnostic purposes.

1	size.test(dat, at)

`dat`	Master data list object of class `dat` containing networks, individual-level attributes, and summary statistics.
`at`	Current time step.

This only checks object size in dat and not specific memory allocation functions.

This function returns the dat with no changes.
