R tools for research in the Kitimat Fjord System, developed during the Bangarang project
Description
bangarang is a collection of functions useful for the analysis of survey and oceanography data in the Kitimat Fjord System, British Columbia (Gitga'at First Nation marine territory), though some functions are applicable to the northeast Pacific coast in general. Developed for the Bangarang Project but generalized for use by the Gitga'at Oceanographic Initiative, NCCS, DFOs and others.
Installation
To install the latest version of this R package from this GitHub website, copy the code below into R and run it (while connected to the internet):
# make sure you have Rtools installed
if (!require('devtools')) install.packages('devtools')
# install from GitHub
devtools::install_github('ericmkeen/bangarang')
# Load to library
library(bangarang)
