Oceanographic stations of the Bangarang Project
Description
A dataset containing the names, locations, and plotting details of oceanographic stations and transet
turning points of the Bangarang study plan.
Usage
stations
Format
A data frame with 106 rows and 11 columns:
- X
Sequential identifier
- block
Geographic block of the station
- sta
Station ID
- mode
The research mode during which oceanographic sampling is done at this station.
This is a relic of the 2013 study design. "stout" referred to the most rigorous sampling effort.
"lite" stations were sampled in all research modes – these are the stations we used in 2014-5.

Disregard the distance columns – they may not be accurate.
