eyalbenda/bulkPop: Simulate a propogating population with a set of genetic variants

The package includes functions to build a genome object, that include variants, their physical and genetic positions, and names, and based on this object create and propagate a population.It is built specifically for c. elegans, and the recombination and cross functions are built to handle elegans genome structure with regards to sex chromosomes (xx/x0) and zeel-1/peel-1 selection, which is baked in.
