Description

plots two channels of a flowframe.

Usage

ggplotDens(flowfile, channels, ...)

Arguments

flowfile	flowframe to be plotted
channels	a character vector of length 2, must contain channel names in the flowfile.
...	not used at the moment

Value

a ggplot object
